C L I N I Q U E – Clinique Laboratories is an American manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, toiletries and fragrances, usually sold in high end department stores. Clinique premiered as the world’s first allergy tested, dermatologist-driven line at Saks Fifth Avenue in the UK.

Challenge

Grow sales through multiple product category engagements that are intriguing and interactive.

Solution

With so many products and categories to choose from, creating an interactive storytelling environment was essential in order to stand out among the merchandise pages. Targeting the right consumer meant creating visuals that were unique and on brand.

Result

Sales increased the average order size due to the creativity of these kit-themed promotions. These interactive modules also opened the door for more conceptual merchandising and was repeated seasonally with success.

 

Three different promotions were conceptualized and developed to present kits and giveaways in a unique way—all utilized existing national and global assets.

 

A step-by-step interactive interface created a customized experience for consumers.

 

Customized travel kits were successfully cost effective, especially when combined with unique creative. These kits typically sold out within days.
