They feel truly effective skin care takes all these variables into consideration.

Challenge

Create an online destination specifically for spas to join, learn and manage their Darphin spa products.

Solution

Build an ecommerce site to support the education and sales of products on an esthetician’s level and not a consumer level.

  • Create a portal that is separate from the retail site and is password protected for spa owners only.

  • Produce larger size packaging and options for bulk sales.

  • Promote the luxury brand as an upgrade to the spa.

  • Create educational collateral for managers to circulate to their staff.

Result

Spa partnerships grew rapidly and easily allowed the the owners to manage the product ordering and refills in comparison to other brands they carried. The website’s educational quality, appealing design and ease of use prompted estheticians to use it alongside their patients and not just for management purposes.

The site splashes images of natural ingredients that educated the viewer on every page of the site.

 

Photographs were also taken of creams, salts and powders to compliment the plant photography.

 

Product guidelines and ingredients were also made available in print, allowing the esthetician the option to use them during the examination process where computers were not always present.
